At Rabos Eatery, we aim to provide a seamless experience for receiving your orders. Whether you prefer the convenience of home delivery or picking up your treats personally, we’ve got you covered. Please read below for important details on our delivery and collection options.
Delivery Information
We offer delivery within select areas in Cape Town and surrounding regions.
- Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (No deliveries on Sundays).
- Delivery Times: Within business hours.
- Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Uber Delivery: We use Uber Package service, with fees charged at Uber rates. Using this service is at your own risk.
- Free Delivery: Delivery is free of charge for local areas: Parklands, Tableview, Blouberg, and Rivergate.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery at the provided address during the agreed time window. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to unavailability or incorrect information.
Collection Information
If you prefer to pick up your order, you can collect it from our location in Parklands, Cape Town.
- Collection Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Collection Times: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturdays until 1:00 PM).
- Collection Address: Detailed address will be provided upon confirmation of your order.
Important Notes
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, confirming the collection or delivery time.
- Missed Deliveries: In the event of a missed delivery, our team will attempt to reschedule with you. Any additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
- Changes to Orders: Any changes to your delivery or collection details must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
